I love living an active life. Whether it’s snowboarding in the winter, rock climbing in spring, or paddle boarding in the summer, I truly believe that movement is essential to enjoying life. So, I’ve become passionate about helping others to get moving too. Every body is different, but I genuinely love finding the unique path for each individual to get moving and get back to the life they want to live.

After 10 years of coaching with 4 years in physical therapy, my goal as a trainer is education. I want to ensure that clients would feel confident in the gym with or without a trainer present. I specialize in progressive exercise, mobility work, and special populations( injuries, health conditions, pregnancy, aging adults), but I enjoy creating individualized workouts and guiding all clients through muscle gain and weight loss in a sustainable way. I love incorporating all forms of exercise including high intensity, pilates, and yoga to keep things personalized and exciting!
